Swiss success-brand On becomes anchor tenant in Zurich West
The innovative running shoes brand On is rapidly growing and will open its new headquarter in a state-of-the art property early 2021. Through this letting, PSP Swiss Property achieves another important step in optimising its Zurich West portfolio.
As known, the two existing properties located at Förrlibuckstrasse 178/180 and Hardturm-strasse 181/183/185 will be replaced by a new construction named “ATMOS” (former “Orion”). PSP Swiss Property is investing approximately CHF 130 million. Construction will last until the beginning of 2021. On will move into 10‘600 m2 office and commercial space, thus will have its headquarter at this location.
The new commercial property consisting of 23’600 m2 letting space, strengthens the position of PSP Swiss Property in Zurich West. Following the On lease, 45% of the space is already pre-let. In cooperation with CBRE, the letting activities are launched today following the laying of the foundation stone of the new building.
