“No18” becomes anchor tenant at Bahnhofplatz 1 in Zurich

Long-term lease with “No18”, the premium co-working brand of IWG, the International Workplace Group.

At the end of 2019, “No18” will be renting around 4’700 m2 at a top location opposite Zurich’s main station. “No18”, an international, curated workspace with members club feel, will offer premium office space and co-working lounges at this central location. From June 2017 until the end of 2019, the PSP property will be completely renovated.

As is already known, the new tenant Ruby Hotels & Resort will open a hotel with around 210 rooms at the neighbourhood of the PSP-property located at Beatenplatz (formerly ABC cinema and restaurant Movie). The former Movie area will again be prepared for an independent restaurant use.

The entire building complex will become very attractive in this first-class location due to the ongoing renovations and the new prominent tenants.

IWG with its various brands is already tenant in several PSP-buildings, for example at Steinentorberg 8/12 Basel or Bleicherweg 10 in Zurich; and, from mid-2018 also in the “Businesspark Richtistrasse” in Wallisellen.

With this lease, which was concluded in cooperation with CBRE Switzerland, PSP Swiss Property is expanding its expertise in the interesting segment and is well-positioned for further such rentals.
