@PSP – Take a look inside
A combination of history and modernity
A combination of history and modernity. The Hôtel de Banque, an iconic address in Geneva with a history dating back to 1907. The ensemble of three historic buildings in the heart of Geneva's city center is ideally located and offers a unique working environment.
Renewed splendour at Bärenplatz
The extensively renovated property Bärenplatz 9, 11, 27 / Käfiggässchen 10, 22, 26, which we acquired in 2019, consists of three adjoining listed Old Town houses from different time periods. The construction history of the oldest house dates back to the 16th century. The property now shines in new splendour after extensive renovations were completed in 2022. The Bärenplatz is located in the heart of the town, right opposite the Parliament Building. The ground floor is now home to the “Röschtigrabe” restaurant, with modern office spaces and 15 small flats on the upper floors.
Biodiversity and greening success factors
On 15 January 2024, another PSP Academy event took place over lunch at the Collaboration Lab in the Zurich office. The event focused on goals, challenges and solutions relating to the greening of surrounding areas, roofs and property façades.
Where the world of work becomes a living space
The headquarters of PSP Group Services AG are located at Seestrasse 353 in Zurich. A highly functional business property that fulfils the company's requirements in every respect. The centrepiece of the office landscape is the Collaboration Lab – a spacious thinking and working space that facilitates encounters and creates room for innovation and inspiration.
Property managers with passion and a flair for technology
PSP Swiss Property not only owns but also manages a high-quality portfolio of properties, which sets PSP Swiss Property apart from other real estate companies. In an interview, the three PSP property managers Karin Doswald (Zurich), Stefanie Imhof (Basel) and Aurélie Berg (Geneva) provide us with insight into their everyday lives and discuss the emerging challenges relating to technology, digital transformation and sustainability.
The "Metropole": a property in transformation
Since the beginning of 2021, the property at Zeughausgasse 26 and 28 in Bern's old town, known as the "Hotel Metropole", has been undergoing extensive renovation. On Friday, 6 May 2022, an important milestone was celebrated with the topping-out ceremony. It took a lot of effort and a few hurdles to get to this point.
Like a phoenix from the ashes
Directly opposite Zurich’s main railway station lies an architectural-historical jewel from the Belle Epoque: the building complex Bahnhofplatz 1 and Bahnhofquai 9/11/15. On the night to Saturday, 25 August 2018, the buildings fell victim to the flames. A major fire destroyed large parts of the exterior structure and the interior. Today, the magnificent ensemble shines again in its former glory. Construction project manager Hans Kessler explains how this was possible.
A wooden office building in the middle of Basel!
Thanks to its striking timber construction and clear architectural language, the Grosspeter Clime office building in Basel will make a statement and inspire with its aesthetics and function.
Listed property renovation: a blessing or a curse?
The urban location of our properties in large cities means that a considerable number of them are under historic preservation. Such protected buildings have an identity-forming character, and with their preservation we can conserve an intangible value for society. However, it is no secret that the renovation of listed properties is not always easy.
Performance Gap Analysis: inconvenient truths
The new building ‘Grosspeter Tower’, which was completed in the year 2018, won a number of prizes for its sustainable design. Constructing a sustainable building does not mean the work is over.
With the help of a digital twin, a model-based performance gap-analysis was conducted over the course of the past eighteen months, enabling targeted optimisation measures to be implemented on this basis.

Equal pay for women and men
«Employers with 100 or more employees at the start of the year shall carry out an internal equal pay analysis for the year in question.» This requirement is laid down by Article 13a of the revised Swiss Federal Act on Gender Equality, which came into force on 1 July 2020. The equal pay analysis must be audited by an independent body and repeated every four years. PSP Swiss Property already carried it out in early summer.
