The property at Theaterstrasse 12, prominently located on Bellevueplatz in Zurich, was fully renovated in 2023/24. Thanks to a new facade, including new windows and a new roof, heating requirements were reduced by 60%. This allowed the use of an air-to-water heat pump for heating, which will save at least 95% of CO2 emissions in the future. A photovoltaic system with an output of 30 kWp completes the good sustainability profile.

Clime, Building with wood
We create lively areas where people can meet and local jobs can be created. Grosspeter Tower has given rise to a new urban accent in Basel. Clime complements this ensemble and makes a striking impact thanks to its clear architectural language. With around 6,000 m2 of space, it offers areas that can be flexibly subdivided and expanded in the basic design, which also meet the highest standards thanks to the state-of-the-art infrastructure. The Wood restaurant is also open to residents and visitors.
