We manage and maintain our investment properties with a long-term perspective. The goal is to increase income and value through optimal property utilisation and comprehensive renovations, while always positioning the portfolio for the future. Furthermore, we strive to continuously reduce operating costs for owners and tenants and to achieve a sustainable reduction in environmental impact in the areas of energy, water and CO2.

The Green Asset Portfolio is the basis for the Green Bond Framework and the green loans. The inclusion of a property is based on two criteria, which must be met simultaneously: the effective CO2 emissions per square metre and a property-specific sustainability rating. The core of this framework is the ongoing improvement of CO2 emissions. The current limit for inclusion of investment properties is 12 kg CO2 per square metre. The sustainability rating is determined by the independent company Wüest Partner. The Green Asset Portfolio is generally revised once a year.
