PSP integrates

When we talk about values, strategies, rental space or projects, it always has to do with people. This does not "only" mean our employees, but also our tenants, our partners and all other stakeholders.

We are proud to be part of the PSP Swiss Property family. Our work motivates and enriches us. We treat each other with respect and are open to new ideas. After all, we can only achieve our goals if we are prepared to make a difference together.

Our approach

Success only comes to those who think in the long term and take their responsibility towards people and the environment seriously. PSP Swiss Property considers the different expectations of its stakeholders.

Our goal is to create value. We achieve this through partnership-based solutions characterised by respect, understanding and trust. We focus on the needs of our employees, our clients and business partners, our shareholders and the general public. We take their concerns seriously and strive to take them into account in a balanced manner.

Our strategy

PSP Swiss Property creates added value by optimising the existing investment and development portfolio (organic growth) and through external growth.

Organic growth

The focus here is on the quality- and value-oriented development of the existing real estate portfolio. A key success factor is the professional cooperation between real estate asset management, the construction department and the property management. Letting activities and modernisation of selected properties are the core activities within the framework of our portfolio optimisation.

External growth

The focus here is on company takeovers, acquisitions of real estate portfolios or purchases of individual properties. We are extremely selective when evaluating potential acquisitions because size in itself is not our objective. We only buy if the price, the location and the future prospects promise added value for the shareholders. A careful evaluation of the risk/return profile is crucial for every acquisition.

To optimise the portfolio, properties can also be sold.

We also expect our business partners who supply us with goods or provide us with services to adhere to our high standards. The Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Service Providers describes the requirements in terms of ethical business conduct, respect for human rights and protection of the environment.

PSP Integrity Line

In our business relationships, we rely on a collaborative and trust-based approach as the basis for successful and sustainable cooperation. The expectations placed on us are described in our Code of Conduct.

Your information enables us to counteract misconduct at an early stage, avoid damage as far as possible and contribute to the sustainable success of PSP Swiss Property.
