Löwenbräu Red provides office space with the latest infrastructure on eight floors. The new building is sustainably designed and certified with the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) award of the US Green Building Council, with the gold V3 quality level for Core and Shell.
There are also offices in the adjacent, listed, main brewery building.

Green Asset Portfolio
To qualify as a green asset, a property must fulfil two criteria. Currently the effective CO₂ emissions per square metre must not exceed 12 kg per year and the property must have a property-specific ESG rating of at least 3.5 from Wüest Partner.
