Successful development of co-working segment
PSP Swiss Property has concluded two letting agreements with co-working providers. Westhive will rent 1’660 m2 in Zurich West and Regus 1’700 m2 in Wallisellen.
As of April 2018, Westhive will rent 1’660 m2 newly renovated space at Hardturmstrasse 161/Förrlibuckstrasse 150 in Zurich West and intends to offer co-working facilities for start-ups as well as established marketing and technology firms.
As of mid-2018, Regus – the well-known provider of temporary office space – will rent 1’700 m2 at the “Businesspark Richtistrasse” in Wallisellen. Since 2010, Regus is already active in one of PSP’s buildings at Steinentorberg 8/12, Basel.
The importance of co-working continues to grow. PSP Swiss Property has been involved in this segment for quite some time. Existing tenants such as Satellite Office at Bahnhofstrasse 10, Zürich, Spaces at Bleicherweg 10, Zürich, as well as Daycrunch at Limmatquai 4 and at Hardturmstrasse 185, Zurich, do offer a wide range of co-working facilities. This includes meeting rooms, offices and training rooms (from basic to high-end facilities with all kind of services).
Through the new lettings, PSP Swiss Property strengthens its expertise in this interesting segment and is in negotiations for further co-working locations.
