Green Financing strengthens commitment to sustainability

We apply our green finance approach for all bonds and bank loans. This underlines the importance of sustainability as an integral part of our strategy. To further emphasise this focus, the criteria underlying the green finance approach are also incorporated into the calculation formula for the variable, performance-related remuneration of the Executive Board.

Disclosure with focus on material areas

Information and transparency are important to us. We implement them in accordance with EPRA and IFRS requirements. We follow international standards in the context of sustainability reporting. In doing so, we focus on the material areas that are related to our sustainability performance. Building on the solid foundation of our many years of participation in CDP's climate change questionnaire, we are also reporting in accordance with the requirements of TCFD (Taskforce on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures) for the first time in the 2023 Annual Report.

Responsible management

The PSP values are also reflected in our Code of Conduct. This sets out the required behaviour of all employees in their business activities. We also expect our business partners who supply us with goods or provide us with services to adhere to our high standards. We take ethical business conduct, respect for human rights and protection of the environment for granted.
