A combination of history and modernity

The Hôtel de Banque, an iconic address in Geneva with a history dating back to 1907. The ensemble of three historic buildings in the heart of Geneva's city center is ideally located and offers a unique working environment.

The property, which was acquired by PSP Swiss Property in 2020, covers a total area of around 15,000 m2. Various interior areas have been renovated since the purchase to improve flexibility of use. The entrance areas have also been significantly upgraded and now reflect the elegance of the ensemble. A complete renovation of the building technology and LED lighting with automated controls will also have a positive impact on energy efficiency. The modern and renovated premises extend over seven floors, can be divided flexibly and combine history with modernity. The prestigious Hôtel de Banque is accessible by the two entrances on the famous Rue de la Corraterie and Rue de la Cité.

Peter Cloet, Asset Manager at PSP Swiss Property, presents the building through the video and highlights the advantages and special features of the time-honored building. He expresses his in-depth knowledge and passion for the preservation and innovative use of this historic property.

In addition, Mélanie Aroult, property manager, and construction project manager Francis Rivolta provide insights into their respective areas of expertise and explain how they master the challenges and opportunities involved in modernizing and renting out such properties.

On the tenant side, Clara Marangoni, representative of Satellite Office, and Gilles Desplanches, owner of the confectionery "La Maison Desplanches", who rent space in the building, will express themselves.
